What are your fees and pricing structure?
We see people avoiding this one but transparency is our thing.
- – Exclusive Contingent Search: 25% base salary
- – Retained/Executive Search: 30% base salary
- – Embedded/Fractional: $15k-30k/month
Do you offer any guarantees?
Of course! And we advise running from any agencies that don’t offer one. We offer a 90-day guarantee. If any candidate leaves for any reason, we will backfill the role at no additional cost.
