Recruiting isn’t our job; it’s our life. Imagine hiring two recruiters who live together & are communicating, strategizing, and executing 24 hours per day. That’s us!

What does your process look like?

It looks like a spa day: personalized intake call, sit back & relax why we do the heavy lifting, and then enjoy the impact of your new hire.

How long does it take to fill a role?

You tell us! An efficient interview process, plus buy-in from all the hiring managers, makes or breaks it. We can move faster than fast, quicker than quick, speedier than speedy?!

What services do you offer?

We offer whatever you need.

  • For our clients: Exclusive Contingent Search, Retained/Executive Search, or Embedded/Fractional Services.
  • For our candidates: LinkedIn optimization, resume reviews, and job search advice.

What are your fees and pricing structure?

We see people avoiding this one but transparency is our thing.

  1. – Exclusive Contingent Search: 25% base salary
  2. – Retained/Executive Search: 30% base salary
  3. – Embedded/Fractional: $15k-30k/month

Do you offer any guarantees?

Of course! And we advise running from any agencies that don’t offer one. We offer a 90-day guarantee. If any candidate leaves for any reason, we will backfill the role at no additional cost.
