Hi there! Our startup story begins in Austin…
Lali was working remotely as the Head of Talent at Insurify (a $100M Series B, Boston-Based FinTech Startup) and Nyan had just successfully exited his Austin-based CPG Startup. We intentionally sat down and created a vision board. Optimizing our lives so that we could start a family was the foundation for our futures.
So we decided to blend Lali’s recruiting experience with Nyan’s business acumen into a new (ad)venture, Carbon Talent. We’ve been kicking butt for our clients ever since, using our company values to keep us aligned
